****Pursuant
to Substitute House Bill 85, several changes have been made to the Standard
Probate Forms for estates where the decedent's date of death is on or after
January 1, 2002. Those forms that are new will apply to those estates
only. The new forms are below the current form and marked with a red
asterisk.
