Trumbull County Probate Court Request for Records

The Trumbull County Probate Court will respond in accordance with the requirements of applicable rule and law.

Please be advised that you will be charged a fee for paper records, exemplified records, and certifications of records. If you require a public record in a format other than e-mail or paper, additional charges may apply. The Court will contact you with the final cost for your request after the records clerk has located the requested record

Description of Record (If possible, please include case name, case number. For marriage record requests, please include the name of each party at the time the license was issued and the year the license was issued

Certified Record ($1.00 + $0.10 per page)

Exemplified ($3.00 + $0.10 per page)

Paper Only – No certification ($0.10 per page)

Electronic (no charge, e-mail address required)
